In June 2010 I opened an online shop on Etsy to sell my jewelry. I also started my blog to focus on marketing and showcasing my jewelry to help bring traffic into my shop.

I am the sole designer and creator of every piece of jewelry in my shop and each piece photographed in my shop is the actual piece that you will receive when you make a purchase. My husband occasionally helps out where he can in practical ways like building a light box for me to photograph my jewelry and by painting my display mannequins. He has been also known to offer design advice if he happens to walk into my craft room while I am at work. Sometimes I incorporate his suggestions and sometimes I don't.

I am continually seeking new opportunities to develop my skills and learn new techniques in order to keep growing and evolving as an artist. My desire is to be able to continually bring new and fresh jewelry designs to my shop.

I live in Northern, Ontario and I work from a room in my home which I converted into a craft room. This is where I design and make jewelry, photograph my products and sit at my computer setting up listings.

Why do I create jewelry?
Quite simply, I love the idea of being able to give birth to a design in my mind and then being able to choose the beads and other elements that will give life to the design. Then by using my skills, talents and creativity I am able to create beautiful, elegant pieces of jewelry.
